Goal: Expand the capital base

How to get there:  Develop a public/private partnership to redirect a portion of Arizona’s investment assets to local existing and emerging businesses

Benefits to Arizonans:

  • More of Arizona’s money stays in Arizona; the money multiplier effect would have a profound positive impact

  • Arizona companies can grow and create more jobs

Goal: Stabilize Arizona’s economy

How to get there: Bring together Arizona’s vast entrepreneurial community to re-energize and focus on new and creative opportunities for economic development

Benefits to Arizonans:

  • Immediate job creation

  • Expanded tax base to help close the state budget deficit

Goal:  Position Arizona as one of the top states to start, locate and grow a business

How to get there: Eliminate the personal property tax and set a timetable to phase out both the personal and corporate income taxes

Benefits to Arizonans:

  • Immediately stimulates businesses to purchase equipment and other assets

  • Immediately attract new businesses to Arizona based on a more attractive tax structure

Goal: Eliminate illegal immigration  

How to get there: Expand the US military presence along the border to stop illegal entry; work with Mexico to improve its legal system and internal security services to make it safer for American investment, and redirect American manufacturing investment from China to Mexico to improve the Mexican economy and reduce emigration

Benefits to Arizonans:

  • A safer environment in both the US and Mexico to live and prosper

  • Decreased drug-related crimes and violence     

  • Relief for Arizona taxpayer funded and overburdened social services

Goal: Restore justice in the community

How to get there: Streamline the legal system to allow for fast and effective dispute resolution

Benefits to Arizonans:

  • A fair and more attractive business environment

  • Protects taxpayer dollars from being wasted on lengthy and unnecessary lawsuits

  • Lower overall cost to do business in Arizona

Goal: Position Arizona as the energy epicenter of the West

How to get there:  Build a second nuclear power plant

Benefits to Arizonans:

  • Safe & reliable source of energy, and no greenhouse gases

  • Initiation of this construction project will create thousands of jobs

  • Significant impact on the local economy from this substantial investment

Goal: Position Arizona as a global bioscience research and commercial center

How to get there:  Improve the research infrastructure and build a critical mass of bioscience firms 

Benefits to Arizonans:

  • High paying technical jobs

  • Improved health care

Goal: Produce creative entrepreneurs through innovative education to advance technology

How to get there: Leverage technology to improve student education

Benefits to Arizonans:

  • Increased technological literacy prepares students to compete globally

  • Our students become the leaders in the technological future
